SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective September 21, 2026

These terms cover text messages sent by Gilbertsville Farmhouse ("we," "us"), 336 Coye Brook Rd, South New Berlin, NY 13843, through the Gilbertsville Farmhouse Text Line, including the Farmhouse Chat Line for guests staying on the property.

What we send

One-to-one, conversational messages: replies to wedding and event inquiries, tour scheduling and confirmations, customer care for booked events and overnight stays, and, for guests on the property, a welcome message at check-in followed by answers to questions and requests during the stay. We do not send promotional blasts on this line.

How you opt in

You opt in when you give us your mobile number and agree to be texted: on an inquiry, contact or booking form on gilbertsvillefarmhouse.com, by texting our number first, or in person at check-in, when a member of our team asks for your mobile number so we can text you the guest line. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your inquiry, booking or stay. Guests on the property typically receive one welcome message plus replies to messages they send.

Cost

We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy (SMS Messaging section) for how we handle your information.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
